Katie’s Tackstore RugTrunk
Here at Tackstore, we pride ourselves on the production of high-quality products with a fast turnaround time from point of order to delivery to our customers.
We were recently contacted by Katie who was looking for a suitable equestrian storage solution for her daughter to use whilst on tours and at events. Katie’s requirement was for a top-quality design and build that not only looked great but would be strong and robust, as well as having enough storage capacity for a range of rugs.
The Tackstore RugTrunk proved the perfect fit for Katie’s needs and on receipt of order our Tackstore team got to work in building the aluminium framework with its smart black boarding.
The wheel configuration used were four swivel castors, designed for outdoor use on uneven terrain and providing optimal manoeuvrability. The castors were fitted with locking brakes giving the option to fix the box in position when stationary.
As with all our RugTrunks, we fitted dual surface twist latches complete with ringlets for the option of adding locks for extra security.
Katie’s daughter has already made use of the RugTrunk with both of her horses at Addington on a recent weekend and they are looking forward to what promises to be an exciting event at The Sunshine Tour in Spain!
